Save changes to the Task currently being created or edited.
Cancel
Discard any changes to the Task currently being created or edited.
Task Name
The Unique name of the Task should be entered here.
Task Schedule
These settings define exactly when the Task should run.
Start this Task on
Select the Date and Time the Task should first run here. You may schedule the time to each half hour.
Run this Task one time only
Select this option if the task should not be repeated and will only run one time.
Repeat this Task
Select this option if the task should be run more than once. Select the Time of day here as well as the frequency.
Daily
Daily offers you variants on how many days between running the Task.
Repeat Days
Select a number of days between running the Task. A 1 in this field will repeat the Task every day.
Repeat Week days
Select this option to run the Task once per day every Monday through Friday.
Weekly
Weekly offers you variants on how many days between running the Task according to a weekly schedule.
Repeat Weeks
This number is how many Weeks between running the Task. 1 week will repeat the Task every week on the selected day.
On these days
Select the day(s) of the week to run the Task on.
Monthly
Monthly offers you variants on how many days between running the Task according to a Monthly Schedule.
Repeat on Day of Month
There are two choices here. You can either schedule for a specific date in each month. Such as the 6th on alternating months (Jan. 6th, March 6th, May 6th...). Or you can schedule Monthly by weeks. This would be Every 3rd Friday of the month or something along those lines.
Task Actions
This section defines what the Task should do.
Single Profile
This option will allow you to Schedule a Task for a single saved Profile.
Profile List
This option will allow you to Schedule a Task for a group of saved Profiles.
Task Details
Select Profile Name
Select your saved Profile from this list.
Rank the selected Profile
This defines the Task as a Ranking process and will use the Ranking settings in the saved Profile to automatically Rank the Profile on all Ranking engines.
Submit the selected Profile
This defines the Task as a submission process and will use the submission settings in the saved Profile to automatically Submit the Profile to all preselected search engines.
Generate a Master Report
Selecting this will record the Tasks activities to the Scheduler Log file.
